Clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were helpful. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the shower. Well located for those visiting Brookfield and nearby towns. For the cost—about $115 per night including taxes—it exceeded my expectations.

As residents of Asheville, North Carolina, we are victims of the recent Hurricane Helene that devastated our city and caused great loss of life. We stayed at your property because we fled Asheville after the hurricane and were displaced. Robinson at the front desk was especially kind, compassionate, and generous upon check-in.

The coffee was good but the rest of the breakfast was just ok. Then we were asked to pay 15 dollars a person! So not worth the money. Breakfast should be included like it is at other hotels. If there is a charge, it should be an outstanding breakfast.

Free parking great price. Clean and staff accommodating. Ice machine worked. pop machine worked. Refrigerator and microwave worked in room. Water pressure was good and hot. Room smelled clean and not like mildew. Linen clean. Near mall and a lot of shopping options.

My family's experience was amazing starting from check-in. The staff was friendly. I had to work during the day in my room which was great. My room came with a separate room for me to work in with desk, chair, TV and pull-out couch.
